- · 5 Toilet/ Towel roll lines to produce consumer units of 2, 4, 8, 12,16 and 20 rolls wrapped in commercial units of 64 rolls mainly.

- · 2 Sheet Cutters and some Guillotines.
- · Many specialty machines.
- · Polyethylene production printed in rolls and bags.

The Converting- Finishing operation is extended and is producing among others Toilet rolls, Napkins, Pocket Tissues, Towels in Rolls and Sheets, Wadding, Bakery bags, Greaseproof paper, Writing, Printing, Offset and Packaging papers plain or printed in sheets or rolls.
The converting plant is producing per year 5.000.000 commercial units in paper and plastic packaging and PISZKEI PAPER MILL S.A. products are used 30.000.000.000 times per year by their users.
The infrastructure contains a major workshop for repairs and constructions and some minor, one main computerized spare parts warehouse and some minor, a boiler house with 2 boilers and a third stand by operating with gas or fuel, compressed air station, many special warehouses.
Railway facilities for raw materials and products.
A water system to treat and clean the Danube water and the effluent of the Mill are operating efficiently.
The Mill receives electricity by the Grid at High Tension and transforms it to medium and low Tension (380 V/ 50 cycles).
Canteen and sports facilities for the personnel make part of the infrastructure.
The sales and distribution of the paper and products is effected through distribution centers in the main consumer areas of the whole country and through wholesalers using mainly rented trucks.
The company has annual continuous supply contracts with all Super Markets outlets in Hungary (Tesco, Aldi, Cora, Auchan, Metro, CBA, Spar, Coop, Real, DM, Rossman, Interfruct etc) and independent shops.
Due to the strategic geographical location of Hungary in Europe, the Mill is exporting about 30% of its volume to more than 30 different countries. Branded Piszkei's products are listed in Super Market's in Romania, Ukraine, Serbia and Croatia.
The superior quality of PISZKEI PAPER MILL S.A. recycled products is confirmed by its leading position in the Hungarian market and the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Certificate under which it operates and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. On October 1999 Piszkei won the "Gold Metal" for "The Best Industrial Supplier of the Year".
A wide investment program was implemented after the privatization to modernize the Mill and increase sales and profitability.
A modern waste paper treatment system with flotation deinking and Hot Dispersion transforming the waste paper to clean fibers.
The PM IV Paper Machine of capacity 15.000 tons/ year started up at the end 1994 after having been shut down 5 years.
One Toilet Roll (8/12/20) line producing 400 rolls/min. started operation in March 1995.
Integration with Polyethylene packaging machines production took place in 1996 with 4 extruders, 1 printing machine, 4 bag making machines, regeneration unit, etc.
A Converting and Storage building (8.000 m2) was completed in 1997.
One Serv-O-Tec / Bretting Napkin Folder for 3.500 napkins/ min (2003) supplies McDonalds.
