THRACE PAPER MILL S.A. - "Diana" - started operation in 1980 as a company under Investment Law 289/1976.

It is presently one of the biggest private companies in Thrace (Northern-East Greece) and the No 2 Τissue producer in Greece holding 25% of the tissue paper market.

The production plant is located in Magana - Xanthi on a 1.000.000 m2 plot comprising industrial buildings totalling 47.000 m², offices and services building of 2.500 m², effluent treatment plant, garden area of 100.000 m², small poplar trees forest of 500.000 m², while the rest 400.000 m² are for services and future expansions.

THRACE PAPER MILL S.A.  - "Diana" has capacity to produce annually 42.000 Tons of tissue paper 13-35 gr/m² with two paper machines. The raw material used is imported pulp and local waste paper that it is further processed using high tech equipment involving sophisticated partly developed in house know-how to produce clean refibers at 80° GE brightness.


THRACE PAPER MILL S.A. - "Diana" is integrated with flexible packaging material production, i.e. polyethylene extrusion with two extruders, printing with one flexo printer, bagging with two bag making machines. The plant also comprises special printing facilities and recycling equipment.

The annual converting plant production is 5.000.000 commercial units wrapped in paper or polyethylene. This means that the consumers use 20.000.000.000 times per year "Diana" products.

The converted products are automatically palletised and partly stored in 3 level pallet roads, from where they are forwarded to the company's customers and distribution centres. There is a special warehouse for jumbo rolls to be exported or sold to local converters.

The major part of the paper produced is converted into Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Rolls, Hand Towels, Napkins, Pocket Handkerchiefs, Facial Tissues, Wadding, Table Covers and other Special products.
